His early interest in technology and creative work led him to the Faculty of Organizational Sciences at the University of Belgrade, where he earned a degree in Information Technology Engineering. Although formally trained as an engineer, his professional path soon moved away from a conventional programming career and toward entrepreneurship.
He took his first serious steps into entrepreneurship while still a student. In 2015, he founded Petguards, the first pet-sitting platform in the Balkans. This eventually gave rise to Instarocket, a marketing automation service that grew into VLADSDIGITAL, an agency specializing in the creation and sale of digital products. Over time, the agency developed a strong specialization in this field and has become one of the more recognized agencies of its kind in the region.

Under Terzić’s leadership, the association replaced the national team’s blue jerseys with red and introduced a new crest featuring four Serbian fire steels in place of the previous emblem with two five-pointed stars. The new symbols were subsequently adopted across Serbian sport, with the Football Association of Serbia playing a leading role in the revival of a new sense of sporting patriotism.
Since Terzić assumed a senior executive role at Red Star Belgrade in 2014, the club has won nine national championship titles, five Serbian Cup trophies, and five consecutive domestic doubles.
