Privrednik Club is an association bringing together business leaders and professionals from diverse backgrounds and with different perspectives, united by a common goal: improving the business environment and supporting the long-term economic development of the Republic of Serbia. In this context, the Club speaks publicly when it believes it can contribute to stability, predictability, and dialogue in society, particularly on issues that have a direct impact on businesses and citizens.

Since its establishment, the Club’s primary role and responsibility have been to represent the interests of the business community, contribute to improving the business environment, and, through dialogue with state institutions, help create the conditions for Serbia’s stable and sustainable economic development.

The positions expressed in the Club’s statement of 26 January 2026 are consistent with the Club’s objectives and 2026 work plan, which were unanimously adopted at the regular meeting of the Club’s General Assembly held on 17 December 2025. These positions reflect our continued commitment to constructive cooperation with the state, while maintaining full independence and accountability to the members we represent.

The Club’s internal organization, the functioning of its governing bodies, and its decision-making procedures are regulated by the Club’s internal acts and constitute its internal affairs. The Club operates in accordance with these rules and the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Serbia.

We consider cooperation with decision-makers and those shaping the business and economic environment essential to advancing the economy and improving the well-being of all citizens of Serbia. In line with its mission, Privrednik Club continuously promotes dialogue with institutions, government representatives, and other relevant stakeholders, with the aim of exchanging views and offering constructive proposals on economic issues of broader social importance.

Positions expressed in public statements represent the institutional position of the Club at a given point in time and serve its programmatic objectives rather than any political alignment.

Privrednik Club remains committed to its programmatic objectives and reserves the right to make public statements on matters of importance to the business community and Serbia’s economic development.
